Offence to disobey land use condition

35. Offence to disobey land use condition



(1) A land owner of land to which a land use condition applies must comply
with it.

Penalty: 60 penalty units.

(2) Subsection (1) does not make the Crown, a Minister or the Secretary liable
for an offence.
