CATCHMENT AND LAND PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 34

A land use condition is binding on—

        (a)     the land owner served with it; and

        (b)     each subsequent land owner for the time being of the land to which it applies as if each had been served with the land use condition on becoming the land owner.
