Status of strategy

25. Status of strategy



(1) An Authority that prepares a regional catchment strategy may recommend to
a planning authority under the Planning and Environment Act 1987 amendments to
a planning scheme to give effect to the strategy.

(2) Without limiting the Environment Protection Act 1970, a regional catchment
strategy may be incorporated in a State environment protection policy, in
whole or in part, and with or without changes.
