Delegation of powers of Chief Executive Officer

19H. Delegation of powers of Chief Executive Officer

An Authority may, by instrument, delegate to any officer or employee referred
to in section 19I, any power, duty or function conferred on the Chief
Executive Officer under this Act or the regulations, except this power of
delegation.
