19D. Statement of corporate intent: contents

Each statement of corporate intent must specify for the Authority, in respect
of the financial year to which it relates and each of the 4 following
financial years, the following information-

   (a)  the business objectives of the Authority;

   (b)  the main business undertakings of the Authority;

   (c)  the nature and scope of the activities to be undertaken by the
        Authority;

   (d)  the performance targets and other measures by which the Authority may
        be judged in relation to its business objectives;

   (e)  the kind of information to be provided to the Minister by the
        Authority during the course of those financial years;

   (f)  any other matters that may be agreed on by the Minister and the
        Authority from time to time.
