18I. Pecuniary interest does not prevent voting and consideration of some
questions

Nothing in section 18G precludes any person from taking part in the
consideration of, or voting on-

   (a)  any question of whether the amount payable for goods or services
        previously supplied or provided under any contract should be paid from
        any fund of the Authority or from any other money belonging to the
        Authority; or

   (b)  any question of whether an application should be made to the Minister
        for the exercise of the powers conferred by section 18G(9).
