Improper use of information

18F. Improper use of information

A member or a person who has been a member of the board of an Authority must
not make improper use of information acquired by virtue of that person's
position as a member-

   (a)  to gain directly or indirectly any pecuniary advantage for himself or
        herself or for any other person; or

   (b)  with intent to cause detriment to the Authority, whether or not
        detriment was caused.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.
