Removal from office of member

18D. Removal from office of member



(1) The Minister may at any time remove a member of the board of an Authority
from the office of member.

(2) The Minister must remove a person from the office of member of the board
of an Authority if the member-

   (a)  is convicted of an offence relating to his or her duties as a member
        of the board of an Authority; or

   (b)  fails without reasonable cause to disclose any interest under section
        18G.
