When a member ceases to hold office

18C. When a member ceases to hold office



(1) The office of member of the board of an Authority becomes vacant if the
member-

   (a)  resigns in accordance with subsection (2); or

   (b)  becomes an insolvent under administration; or



   (c)  fails to attend 3 consecutive meetings of the board without the
        approval of the board.

(2) A person may resign from the office of member of the board of an Authority
by notice in writing to the Minister.
