CATCHMENT AND LAND PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 18A
Deputy chairperson(1) The board of an Authority must appoint one of the members of the board to be the deputy chairperson of the board.
(2) The deputy chairperson, if present, must preside at meetings of the board at which the chairperson is not present.
