Terms and conditions of appointment of members of boards

17. Terms and conditions of appointment of members of boards

A member of the board of an Authority holds office, subject to this Act-

   (a)  for the term, not exceeding 4 years, that is specified in the
        instrument of his or her appointment and is eligible for
        re-appointment; and

   (b)  subject to this section, on the other terms and conditions that are
        determined by the Minister.
