Agreement to prevail if inconsistent with Casino Control Act

7. Agreement to prevail if inconsistent with Casino Control Act



(1) If a provision of the Agreement is inconsistent with a provision of the
Principal Act-

   (a)  the provision of the Agreement prevails; and

   (b)  the application of the Principal Act in relation to the Melbourne
        Casino Licence and Melbourne Casino Operator is modified accordingly.

(2) Nothing in this section derogates from the operation of section 6(1) or
6A(1) or 6B(1) or 6C(1) or 6D(1) or 6E(1) or 6F(1) or 6G(1) or 6H(1).
