Ratification of the third Deed of Variation

6C. Ratification of the third Deed of Variation



(1) The third Deed of Variation is ratified and takes effect as if it had been
enacted in this Act.

(2) The Agreement is amended as provided in the third Deed of Variation.

(3) A reference in clause 2.2 of the third Deed of Variation to the coming
into operation of the Bill is deemed to be a reference to the commencement of
Part 7 of the Gaming Acts (Amendment) Act 1996.
