Amendment of section 15

18. Amendment of section 15

In section 15 of the Principal Act-

(a) in subsection (1), after "unless" insert "(a)";

(b) in subsection (1), after "Minister thinks fit" insert-



"; and

   (b)  the Agreement has been ratified by the Parliament.";

(c) in subsection (2), after "parties" insert "but has no effect unless it is
ratified by the Parliament.".
