7. Presumption as to joint appointment of arbitrator

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties to the arbitration
agreement, an arbitrator who is to be appointed for the purposes of an
arbitration to be conducted under an arbitration agreement shall be jointly
appointed by the parties to the agreement.
