Regulations

63. Regulations

The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to
prescribing any matter which by this Act is required or permitted to be
prescribed or which is necessary to be prescribed for carrying out or giving
effect to this Act.

Details

1 S. 21: Section 22 of the Commercial Arbitration (Amendment) Act 1993, No.
15/1993 reads as follows:
22. Savings and transitional provisions

(1) Subject to this section, the amendments made by this Act apply in relation
to an arbitration agreement (whenever made) and an arbitration under such an
agreement.

(2) The amendment made by section 12 does not apply in relation to arbitration
proceedings that were commenced before the commencement of that section.

(3) Section 26 of the Principal Act as in force immediately before the
commencement of section 13 continues to apply in relation to-

   (a)  an order made under that section before that commencement; or

   (b)  an application pending under that section immediately before that
        commencement.
