Moneys may be received from Assurance Fund despite repeal of Division
4. Moneys may be received from Assurance Fund despite repeal of Division
Where an application under the said Division is granted either before or after
the repeal of the said Division and compensation moneys are paid in respect of
the application into the Assurance Fund maintained under the
Transfer of Land Act 1958, the provisions of the said Division shall after the
repeal of the said Division have the same operation and effect in relation to
any claim arising out of the payment into the Assurance Fund as they would
have had the said Division not been repealed. --------------- ENDNOTES 1.
