Applications may be dealt with despite repeal of Division

3. Applications may be dealt with despite repeal of Division

The provisions of Division 6 of Part IV of the Transfer of Land Act 1958 shall
on and after the 1st day of January 1966 continue to apply to applications
made under that Division before that day as if the said Division had not been
repealed as from that day by the Local Government (Amendment) Act 1965.
