Short title, commencement and division

1. Short title, commencement and division

This Act may be cited as the Commonwealth Arrangements Act 1958, and shall
come into operation on a day to be fixed by proclamation of the Governor in
Council published in the Government Gazette, and is divided into Parts as
follows- Part I-General ss 3-6 Part II-Taxation of Salaries of State Officers
ss 7-9.
