CORONERS ACT 2008 - SECT 102P
Engaging in legal practice or other paid employment(1) Except with the approval of the State Coroner, a reserve coroner must not engage in legal practice, undertake paid employment or conduct a business, trade or profession of any kind while engaged to undertake the duties of a coroner under section 102N or acting under section 102S.
(2) Except with the approval of the State Coroner, a reserve coroner must not hold an office in any company, trustee company, incorporated association or other entity, whether public or private, in respect of which the reserve coroner receives remuneration while engaged to undertake the duties of a coroner under section 102N or acting under section 102S.
