CORONERS ACT 2008 - SECT 101
Protection of coroners and registrars(1) A coroner has, in the performance of his or her duties as a coroner, the same protection and immunity as a Judge of the Supreme Court has in the performance of his or her duties as a Judge.

(2) A registrar has, in the performance of his or her duties as a registrar in good faith, the same protection and immunity as a Judge of the Supreme Court has in the performance of his or her duties as a Judge.
