81. False names



(1) A licensee must not knowingly receive money or record receipt of money in
the licensee's trust records under a false name.

Penalty: 120 penalty units.

(2) If a person on whose behalf trust money is received by a licensee is
commonly known by more than one name, the licensee must ensure that the
licensee's trust records record all names by which the person is known.
