Trust money subject to specific powers

73A. Trust money subject to specific powers

Subject to section 74, a licensee must ensure that trust money that is the
subject of a power given to the licensee or an associate of the licensee is
dealt with by the licensee or associate only in accordance with the power
relating to the money. Penalty: 120 penalty units.
