Production of licence

61. Production of licence

A licensee must, on request, produce the licensee's licence to any of the
following persons or bodies within 7 days after the request being made-

   (a)  the Director;

   (b)  the Authority;

   (c)  a client of the licensee;

   (d)  any other person involved in a transaction in relation to which the
        licensee is undertaking, or is to undertake, conveyancing work.

Penalty: 60 penalty units. __________________
