Management of places of business

54. Management of places of business



(1) A licensee who manages the day to day operation of a place of business of
a conveyancing business must not act as the manager of any other place of a
conveyancing business.

Penalty: 60 penalty units.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the Authority has exempted the licensee
from the requirement in section 51(2).
