Change in details of licence or annual statement

38. Change in details of licence or annual statement

If, while a licence is in force, a material change occurs in any of the
details provided in the application for the licence or an annual statement,
the licensee must give the Authority written notice of the change within 14
days after the licensee becomes aware of the change. Penalty: 60 penalty
units.
