Extension of time

36. Extension of time



(1) On payment of the prescribed fee (if any), a licensee may apply to the
Authority for an extension of time, or a further extension of time, in which
to comply with section 35.

(2) The Authority may grant the application if it is made before the day in
relation to which the extension is sought.
