Conditions relating to specified transactions

24. Conditions relating to specified transactions



(1) Conditions imposed on a licence under section 23 may include-

   (a)  a condition prohibiting a licensee from carrying out conveyancing work
        in relation to specified kinds of transactions; or

   (b)  a condition prohibiting a licensee from carrying out conveyancing work
        except in relation to specified kinds of transactions-

until the licensee completes a course of education or training relating to
specified competencies.

(2) This section does not limit any condition that may be imposed under
section 23.
