Conditions

23. Conditions



(1) The Authority may at any time impose, vary or revoke any conditions on a
licence that the Authority thinks fit.

(2) If the Authority proposes to impose a new condition, or to vary or revoke
a condition, on a licence, the Authority may require the relevant licensee to
give the licence to the Authority.

(3) A licensee must comply with a requirement of the Authority under
subsection (2) within the time specified by the Authority.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
