CONVEYANCERS ACT 2006 - SECT 137
Receiver to report to Supreme Court and Director(1) A receiver must report to the Supreme Court and the Director as required in the order for the appointment of the receiver.
(2) On the conclusion of a receivership, the receiver must lodge with the Supreme Court all of the receiver's records relating to the receivership.
