CONVEYANCERS ACT 2006 - SECT 135
Applications for directions by receiver, licensee or associate(1) A receiver, a relevant licensee or a relevant associate who holds receivable property, or a person who claims receivable property so held, may apply to the Supreme Court for directions as to the performance of the receiver's functions.
(2) On an application under this section, the Supreme Court may give any directions that it considers to be appropriate.
