CONVEYANCERS ACT 2006 - SECT 130
Investment of money by receiver(1) A receiver may invest receivable property in any manner in which trustees are authorised by the Trustee Act 1958 to invest trust funds.
(2) Income received from an investment under this section, and any profit made on the sale of such an investment, is receivable property.
