Person may apply to Authority for licence

13. Person may apply to Authority for licence



(1) A natural person or a company may apply to the Authority for a licence.

(2) An application for a licence must be in the form approved by the Authority
and be accompanied by the prescribed application fee and the prescribed
licence fee.
