CONVEYANCERS ACT 2006 - SECT 114

On the appointment of a receiver, the Director must cause a copy of the order of appointment to be served on—

        (a)     the relevant licensee; and

        (b)     the relevant associates, if any; and

        (c)     any other person, as directed by the Supreme Court.
