Person pretending to be licensee or authorised person

10. Person pretending to be licensee or authorised person

A person who is not a licensee must not make a representation to the public
stating or implying that the person is a licensee or is otherwise authorised
under this Act to carry on a conveyancing business. Penalty: 120 penalty
units.
