CONFISCATION ACT 1997 - SECT 95
Obstruction or hindrance of person executing search warrantA person must not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct or hinder a person executing a search warrant or a seizure warrant.
Penalty: Level 7 imprisonment (2 years maximum) or a level 7 fine (240 penalty units maximum) or both.
