CONFISCATION ACT 1997 - SECT 84A

A police officer executing a seizure warrant must produce the warrant for inspection by any person present during the execution of the seizure warrant, if that person—

        (a)     has an interest in the property being seized; or

        (b)     is in charge of the property being seized.
