Pecuniary penalty order does not prevent forfeiture

61. Pecuniary penalty order does not prevent forfeiture

The making of a pecuniary penalty order under this Division against a
defendant in relation to an offence does not prevent-

   (a)  the making of a forfeiture order; or

   (b)  automatic forfeiture occurring-

in respect of an interest in property of the defendant in relation to the same
offence.
