Interpretation

34A. Interpretation



(1) For the purposes of this Division, property is not available for
forfeiture if the defendant does not have an interest in the property.

(2) In this Division-

applicant means a person who may apply for-

   (a)  a forfeiture order; or

   (b)  a restraining order for the purposes of forfeiture.
