Failure to comply with freezing order
31K. Failure to comply with freezing order
(1) A financial institution that has been given notice of a freezing order
must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with the order.
Penalty: Level 5 fine (1200 penalty units maximum).
(2) An offence against this section is a summary offence.
