Chief Commissioner of Police may authorise police to apply for freezing orders

31B. Chief Commissioner of Police may authorise police to apply for freezing
orders

For the purposes of applying for a freezing order under this Part, the Chief
Commissioner of Police may authorise in writing the following-

   (a)  a member of the police force; or

   (b)  a class of member of the police force.
