CONFISCATION ACT 1997 - SECT 31B

For the purposes of applying for a freezing order under this Part, the Chief Commissioner of Police may authorise in writing the following—

S. 31B(a) amended by No. 37/2014 s. 10(Sch. item 25.5).

        (a)     a police officer; or

S. 31B(b) amended by No. 37/2014 s. 10(Sch. item 25.5).

        (b)     a class of police officer.
