Confiscation Act 1997 - SECT 19C
Offences
19C. Offences
(1) A person who is given a notice under section 19A must not, without
reasonable excuse, fail to give the declaration of property interests required
by that notice to a member of the police force within 14 days after the notice
is given to the person.
Penalty: Level 9 fine (60 penalty units maximum).
(2) A person who is given a notice under section 19A must not make a statement
in the declaration of property interests required by that notice that is false
or misleading in a material particular.
Penalty: Level 9 fine (60 penalty units maximum).
