19A. Notice requiring declaration of property interests



(1) If a restraining order is made in respect of property, a member of the
police force must give a notice to each person who the applicant for the
restraining order believes has an interest in that property requiring the
person to give to the member of the police force a written declaration of
property interests.

(2) A notice under subsection (1) must-

   (a)  be in the prescribed form; and

   (b)  state the effect of section 19C.
