CONFISCATION ACT 1997 - SECT 120C
Offences(1) A person who is given a document request must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with the document request within 14 days after the day on which the document request is given.
Penalty: Level 9 fine (60 penalty units maximum).
(2) A person who is given a document request must not provide any document that is false or misleading in a material particular.
Penalty: Level 9 fine (60 penalty units maximum).
