71. Conferral of functions and powers on the Disciplinary Board



(1) The Disciplinary Board has the functions and powers conferred on it by or
under a national scheme law of this jurisdiction.

(2) The Disciplinary Board has power to do acts in Victoria in the performance
or exercise of any function or power expressed to be conferred on it by a
national scheme law of another jurisdiction.
