Conferral of functions and powers on the Panel

70. Conferral of functions and powers on the Panel



(1) The Panel has the functions and powers conferred on it by or under a
national scheme law of this jurisdiction.

(2) The Panel has power to do acts in Victoria in the performance or exercise
of any function or power expressed to be conferred on the Panel by a national
scheme law of another jurisdiction.
