Application in Victoria of the Corporations Law

7. Application in Victoria of the Corporations Law

The Corporations Law set out in section 82 of the Corporations Act as in force
immediately before the repeal of that section-

   (a)  applies as a law of Victoria; and

   (b)  as so applying, may be referred to as the Corporations Law of
        Victoria.
