Application of regulations

59. Application of regulations

The regulations in force, immediately before the repeal of the ASIC Act, under
section 251 of that Act-

   (a)  apply as regulations in force for the purposes of the ASIC Law of
        Victoria; and



   (b)  as so applying, may be referred to as the ASIC Regulations of
        Victoria.
