Application in Victoria of the ASIC Act

58. Application in Victoria of the ASIC Act



(1) The ASIC Act as in force immediately before its repeal, other than the
excluded provisions-

   (a)  applies as a law of Victoria; and



   (b)  as so applying, may be referred to as the ASIC Law of Victoria.



(2) The excluded provisions of the ASIC Act are-

Part 1, except section 6A Part 2 Section 88 Divisions 1 and 4 of Part 4 Part 5
Part 6 Division 1 of Part 7 Part 8 Part 9 Division 1 of Part 10 Division 1 of
Part 11

Part 12 Part 14 Sections 251 and 252.
