47. Exercise of jurisdiction pursuant to cross-vesting provisions

A court of Victoria may-

   (a)  exercise jurisdiction (whether original or appellate) conferred on it
        by a law of another State or the Capital Territory corresponding to
        this Division with respect to matters arising under the Corporations
        Law of that State or Territory; and

   (b)  hear and determine a proceeding transferred to it under such a
        provision.
